Although any accommodation within this district has a good location. To move around the center of Ho Chi Minh you must walk or take a taxi. Remember to get into metered taxis.
The prices are quite cheap. You can find 4-star hotels with swimming pools for 40 euros per night in a double room. Although the prices vary depending on the location, the services, etc… There are 3-star hotels between 20 and 35 euros per night. Double and hostels for 5 euros per night.

District 2, a good option if you want to stay in a quiet area of Ho Chi Minh
Also very central, near district 1, you have the option of staying in district 2. It is a much less chaotic area, without so much traffic going around 24 hours a day.
